the same problem hereKeniPad wrote:Just checking on this since I experienced intense crashes and file corruption to my Auria files with the JamUp plug in, Will the new update address these issues? Did the people at JamUp fix the issue? Thanks!!
Apple have an itunes connect holiday from the 21st till the 28th, might be a while before we see this update. still, fingers crossed..Rim wrote:We are hoping to submit Auria 1.05 to Apple today. Positive Grid mentioned that they'll be getting us a new version before we submit it, so I expect 1.05 will have JamUp fixes in it.
Can some please tell me,I've brought the jamup app as it were on a half price promotion. Will it work ok in Auria once the Audiobus is working or will I have to buy in app , Would I fully be able to edit the jamup settings once recorded just like the THM Overloud in app
Yes, audiobus will allow you to launch your JamUp app, set it up the way you want it, then insert it into the audiobus patch panel (in the audiobus app) as an effect. Then, if you add Auria as both an input in audiobus, you'll be able to send audio from one of Auria's aux sends, or a subgroup into audiobus, through the jamup effect, and back out into Auria (onto a track of your choice).
I like to use the JamUp app Live as it really is easy to see all the settings and adjust things where as Aurias plug in I like to have that without leaving the app. I just don't like to load Auria for a live show cause its more involved and much smaller to see on stage. Maybe the plugin developers for Auria could offer an option to see the plugin full screen making it easier on the eyes with the option to toggle back and forth from full screen to set your settings to regular size to see the plugin slots. Anthony, I do love the standalone JamUp app. I agree, it's much easier to see and use. The plugin should have more options. Anyway, not complaining., just waiting for the next update where the crashing issue is fixed. And I will volunteer that if it weren't for the plugin, I wouldn't have tried the standalone app
